Retail Shop - Opening Soon!!

Locally sourced gator meat is currently available. Vacuum sealed in 1.25 lb. packs, the cost is $20 per pack. Other food products will be available in the near future.

USDA Processing - Coming Soon

We anticipate having our USDA certification by the end of December 2025. At that time, we'll add our USDA processed products to our retail shop.

You can drop off wild game 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, using our refrigerated drop off trailer located to the left side of our building. You must complete paperwork that you'll find inside of the trailer, and please call 850-220-5050 and leave a message letting us know you've dropped off wild game.

We use an on-line scheduling system that allows you to select what type of domestic animal you plan to bring in and when you would like to drop it off. You will also find our cut sheets and pricing when you click on the button below.
